Côte du rhône Rosé

The nose is fine and aromatic, revealing aromas of red berries such as wild strawberry, raspberry and red currant. These fruity notes are accompanied by light floral nuances, notably rose and peony, and a hint of citrus, reminiscent of pink grapefruit.

On the palate, this rosé is lively and well-balanced, offering freshness from the outset. The Grenache brings greedy red fruit flavors, a pleasant roundness and a slight natural sweetness. Syrah adds structure and a spicy touch, with notes of white pepper and light herbaceous nuances. Aged in vats, the wine retains all its freshness and aromatic intensity, without any woody influence, resulting in a light, refreshing wine.

The finish is clean and refreshing, marked by a fine acidity that prolongs the fruity and floral aromas. A slight minerality, inherited from the Ouvèze terroir, adds an extra dimension and leaves a sensation of purity on the palate.
