Our Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines, whether red or white, derive their unique character from the richness of their terroir. The red wines, made mainly from Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre grapes, express the diversity of the soils, particularly the Urgonian limestone and sand. The Urgonian limestone provides mineral structure and freshness, while the sands enable us to create toput fine wines by promoting optimal ripening of the grapes. Our red wines are powerful, balanced and elegant, with complex aromas of red fruits and spices.
Châteauneuf du Pape white wine represents 5% of the appellation's total production, and is less well known but just as remarkable. Our “Confidentiel” cuvée is made from Roussanne, Clairette and Grenache Blanc grapes. The sands give it lightness and refinement. This cuvée is distinguished by its rich aromatic bouquet, combining floral and fruity notes, and its harmonious, lively palate.
